Return Policy
Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original, intact packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, and approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or made-to-order products, used or assembled items, and certain brands or products marked as non-returnable in the description are not eligible for return.
Manufacturer Defects & Shipping Damage: If your return request is due to a suspected manufacturer defect or shipping damage, we will first attempt to assist with repairs. If a repair is not feasible, we may offer a replacement following our shipping policy or the manufacturer’s warranty process.
Return Process: To initiate a return, complete our return form for approval. Photos may be required. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization, return labels, and shipping instructions. Items shipped via freight carrier must be returned using the same method.
Refunds & Shipping Costs: Refunds are processed after the item has been inspected. All shipping costs, including outbound and return shipping, will be deducted from your refund. Spotix reserves the right to charge a restocking fee based on the item’s condition. Returns that do not follow the specified process or timeframe may not qualify for a refund.
